Our Founder

Late. Sh Shadi Lal Minda the doyen of the Minda Group of Industries was a leading industrialist who was also renowned for his philanthropy.  As founder of the Minda Group he steered it since 1957 and helped it emerge as the leading player in the Indian automotive industry on the sheer merit of uncompromising quality of its range of automotive products.

He believed and worked through various ways for his single mission of Social Change for Nation Building.  He was the founder Chairperson of Moga Devi Minda Charitable Trust.  The Trust is successfully implementing several social projects including Minda Bal Gram, a children’s home located in Delhi, and Minda Seva Kendra to provide vocational training facilities for village youth.  Presently, such centres are running at Bagla,Siswal, Jakhod and Mohabatpur villages in Hisar.. 

MDMM School is one of his many endeavours. Situated at Bagla, Hisar his home-town, he pledged to make it a model school and decided to strengthen his vision with a world class, not-for-profit school

He was associated with many social organisations like Agroha Vikas Trust, Maharaja Agarsian Technical Education Society, Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad etc.  He believed that service of the society in any form is service of the nation and service of the needy is service of the God.
